I am completely new to videos and i kind of understand them but i'm not sure how to find out the bit rate for my video. The video sizes are 448 x 336 and it is only 1 min 40 long. I'm not sure on the bit rate i will need for encoding or the audiorate i need to use. Can anyone give me some advice?

Welcome aboard Bartlett, the short answer - whatever's smallest without sacrificing quality. Check out thecoalman's posts here [webmasterworld.com] and here [webmasterworld.com] to help figure out how to get there.
