I am fairly new to flash, and am using a template that had a flash file with all the text boxes that were taken from an external text.html file. I can edit the entire site using this text file, and the flash boxes are set to be dynamic and all the text shows up fine including web addresses, but the moment I try to actually create a link to an external website using something like the following:
for a good search engine trywww.yahoo.com I think you'll like it
everything after "try" is cut off and there is no url link. I have tried using <url=www.yahoo.com>, single quotes, everything I have so far been able to find online that seems to resemble my problem. If I simply leave out the entire portion, I get what one would expect - static text that says
for a good search engine try www.yahoo.com I think you'll like it
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
