Flash and Shockwave Forum

I'm working with a dynamic navigation/menu right now that loads up images that I specify in an accompanying xml file. It works great, but it requires that I have the xml file and images I want to load up in the same folder. This wouldn't be a problem, except for I am going to use this for an ad campaign, and our ad affiliate will only let us have one .swf file. Is there a way that I can package up the xml info, images, etc all into one .swf file so that it is no longer dependent on external files? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
