I want to open a window as a popup when a link is clicked, but I can't use Javascript. Can't use target="_blank" either for a number of reasons.

Does Flash have a facility for opening a new window (and controlling its resulting size) when clicking on a link inside the Flash object?

There seems to be a way to use javascript for opening the new window, or something called fscommand that would allow you to control the dimensions:

fscommand("openWindow", "http://www.adobe.com¦win¦height=200,width=300,toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes");

But, I've never tried these myself and wouldn't know how to set them up correctly for you. The description for them is listed on "How to create pop-up browser windows in Flash" on Adobe's site.
