He pays very less focus on such websites. I am confused about how to bring ranking my site. Can you plz suggest me any tips, ideas and steps which can make my site easy to engine crawlers. Your feedbacks would highly be appreciated. Thanks!

It obviously wouldn't be as pretty as the flash version, but the contents would be visible to search engines. Then, at the bottom of the HTML page that holds your Flash object, create a link to the first page of the HTML version. The spiders will see that link, and follow it, and you will get some better rankings as a result. On the HTML pages, put a link back to the Flash version for visitors that arrive at the HTML page so they can get to the Flash version of your content.

You could aslo detect browser configuration, and direct visitors according to their taste (flash/no flash). But it is worth thinking seriously about whether 100% flash pages are appropriate for your site. Some are just fine, for a particular audience. Others just drive away potential customers - but I'm guessing you've heard all that before, and I'm sure you know your visitors! :)
