I would like to make an add-on or extension that will block sites that I designate. How can I find a tutorial or hire someone that can do this? I would like to do it myself but if its too much of a learning curve I will hire it out. (don't get pissed, but I want to make one for IE as well.) I would like to offer it as a freebe on my site.
