Hello. I've recently re-installed my version of Windows and I had to get back all the software, including Firefox. Apparently, it has an option to save previous phrases I've typed in a field, e.g. the search feature on a blog, and show them to me when I want to search for anything else.

like in this picture over here: [noxtuning.com...]

Anyone knows how to deactivate that ?

Hi there PascoalINC,

for the "address bar"...
  1. click "tools"
  2. click "Options"
  3. click "Privacy"
  4. set the"Location Bar" option -
"when using the location bar, suggest" - to "Nothing"
  5. click "OK"

For the "search bar"...

  1. right click in the bar
  2. deselect the "Show Suggestions"
