Page-Width Zoom Feature?
Is there one? An addon?

 8:27 am on Jul 13, 2009 (gmt 0)

I'm searching for an addon or setting which will zoom the page in or out to exactly fit the width of my monitor. Is there one? If so... what is it?

If not, does anyone have a hint about how it could be done? It seems to me that getting feedback from the horizontal scrollbar should allow it by 'trial and improvement'; check if there is a scroll bar, if not then coarse zoom in until there is one, then fine zoom out until it just disappears.

You mean like the Maximize and Restore Down buttons on the browser? Or the zoom you get with Ctrl++ and Ctrl+-?

The zoom you get with ctrl++ etc; but automatically zoomed to make the page width match the browser width. i.e. WebmasterWorld is only taking up 80% of the width here... would like it to automatically fit 100% by zoom.
