Hello,
Atleast we can allow members to search all the threads/replies they have made, this shall be beneficial.
Like in my previous suggestion for a better bookmarking system, even this shall help members to find solutions to problems which were already resolved years/months ago.
Edit: Just read annoucement, webmasterworld has a search engine, but its not powerful.
