There are tons of suggestions. Will be a waste to spend hours writing
Are you really planning to upgrade the software here?

Hi,
There are 1000s of suggestions to improve the system which shall definetly help rest of members, as WebmasterWorld.com is one and only best place to get right information about WEB.

But are this suggestions from participants really going to be adopted ?
I am sure, Bretts second life-long email of ww.com will not be for fun.

Any estimates, if we have an ETA for implementations suggested/requested.

Put all the improvements suggested on a newly created skin, NOT the default. A few extra clicks for those wanting the new stuff without ruffling the 'old school' posters with change.

An 'old school' dude (57) still learning new tricks who welcomes change to aid growth here.

[webmasterworld.com...]

Thank you for participating in this weeks Feedback Days. I am overwhelmed with the outpouring of posts, pm's, and emails related to this topic. Online communities have been a passion of mine since I first plugged in a modem in 1982 and put my first BBS online in 1984. Thank you so much for stepping up and letting us know what you would like to see changed and/or kept on WebmasterWorld. Both on the policy side as well as on the features and services side.

I am about to reset the homepage to normal. We will leave this forum open for a few more days. We want to be careful that we stay in "listen/feedback" mode and not into a long conversation or debate about the issues.

We will reset the homepage to normal today and leave the feedback forum open for a few more days through the weekend.

After that, I and the team have a long process of analyzing the results and taking action. I am not going to promise anything other than you will see significant changes here in the coming months. I will be making a major post about it within a couple of weeks what we have decided to do.

We will also pick a winner next week of the new Acer Netbook for those that posted in the Feedback days forum.
