Link drops should include community comments about the links themselves so users can see at a glance how authoritavit e they are,
Eg:
Www.myaffiliatesite.com (15 thumbs down, 2 thumbs up).
Or something.

User-moderated forums fail.
Leaving the job of moderation to the users doesn't solve the problem.
Because I hate hyperlinks in forums, I would vote thumbs down for all of them, just out of spite.
