Add "last reply by" & fix unread for forum thread listings

Two things that I have always found annoying on WW are:

1) The unread threads button disappears from forum listing. It would be so much easier to keep up with what one has read and what one hasn't read if the unread/new dot wouldn't disappear until the thread in question was actually visited. At the very list there should be a reasonable period of time (e.g 1 hour) that threads should stay flagged as new if they haven't been visited.

2) It would be really nice if there was a "last reply by" column on forum listings. This would be really helpful in knowing if one's self was the last person to reply to a thread, thereby eliminating the need to visit threads where no one else has replied since one's last reply.

Thirded.
I'm basically happy with the forums - the only thing that niggles is having to manually eyeball the forum lists on each visit looking down until I see my last visit time (which I just happen to remember)
