A Sri Lankan IP. I doubt FB are aiming at Sri Lanka in particular, so they are either aiming at the region, or just buying ads where ever its cheap.

I also have been seeing lots of TV ads on Indian channels for Facebook and for Google Chrome.

Or maybe they think they have saturated the western countries and want to get more members from developing countries.
I see lots of Asian tourists here in NZ that use Facebook.

@digmen, exactly the sort of lines I am thinking on.
They need growth in numbers to justify the valuation, and developed countries are saturated, but, user growth on lower income regions does not translate into the same level of revenue growth as they would get from rich country visitors.
