|The IPO approaches -> let's find consensus|
Many here are involved in Facebook as an advertising platform, and so we most likely have thoughts as to the company's value ahead of their planned May IPO.
To start what I think might be a very interesting & unique discussion, I'll ask the following questions, around which much of FB's valuation will turn:
CTR #1: do you see CTR in Q1 & Q2 2012 higher than in Q3 & Q4 2011, lower, or the same?
CTR #2: one prominent research firm expects FB CTRs to increase by 10% (as in, from 0.05% to 0.055%) each of 2012 & 2013. Do you agree or disagree?
CPC: most investors expect FB CPCs to increase 25-35% annually for each of 2012 & 2013. What do you think?
