| Finding the number of Likes a URL has received over a period

I need to know if the number of Likes that a certain URL is getting is growing or lowering over time.
It would be even better if I could see a chart.
Is there any tool that does it?

Do you mean the number of likes on a Facebook page? Facebook has the Insights feature where you can see the number of likes on a certain period of time.

No, I mean the number of likes for a given URL.
For example, how many people has Liked webmasterworld.com the last week.
