My FB page shows around 700 likes, but my website's like button only shows 15 likes. How can you get your website button to show you Total FB likes (700)?

hmmm 700 & 15...that's rather a huge difference. Have you tried reinstalling the Like button on the website ?

There's a difference between a like button you place on your website and the likes on your facebook page. You need to add the "Like Box" to get people to like your facebook page from an external site

Is there any way to tweak the code to have your facebook page like count show up on your website Like button?

The reason I need to do this is that a few likes showing on the website gives the impression that the website is not appealing. This could discourage people from the website. Thanx for any help.

Not easily as they are essentially 2 separate entities in the open graph. Plus every time some clicks the like button for your website, they would only increment that number, no the like for your facebook page. Why don't you just substitute out the like button for the like box with a tag line like "Find us on Facebook"
