Welcome to WebmasterWorld. FB is changing a lot these days, especially their ads and page layout. Can I assume you're asking about the size or location of this ad?

Thanks for the welcome! Yes you are correct, I have not seen an ad like this in the middle of "Wall" before and was not able to recreate it. Any help would be appreciated.

Just call Facebook and ask them. Hahahahahahaha. Woo! I break myself up sometime. If you see it again, get the name of the company running the ad. We might be able to run it back from that.

I believe what you are talking about here are called "Sponsored Story Ads" and you have to pay more for them I think

our facebook account has a company page which has the "wall" whereas the personal side does not, it has newsfeed or something. you put stuff on the wall the same way you do the newsfeed - you type in and upload photos. Not entirely sure as my daughter does it for me. But I can ask her if you have a specific question. hope this helps. we also have facebooks ads which don't produce much.
