Is facebook spam system being abused by blackhats?
Facebook bans domains that have been reported as abusive without verifying

Apparently many free hosts and IP providers are banned per facebook's forum some of those above the radar screen include all .co.cc domains [facebook.com...] as well as political reporting such as examiner.com

This is a potentially serious hole; because it is possible for somebody to create two facebook accounts post your site on one and report it as abusive on the other. While in reality the site owner has no abusive content nor has acted unsocially by posting his site on other people walls.

Meanwhile actual spammers move on to another throw away site.

Who do you report this type of site abuse to at facebook?

It's the ultimate communications portal where no one in charge can ever be reached by the masses. :)
