Can I Track A "Unique ID" From Goal Conversions With Google Analytics?

Hi,

I set up a goal conversion to track each time I receive an email newsletter signup.

However, I will like to be able to track each signup based on a "unique ID" value that gets generated each time someone joins the newsletter this way I can match up signups on GA to my website.

Is there a way I can put a Google Analytics image pixel on the confirmation page and it will record the "unique ID" value of each sign up in Google Analytics?

Careful here, if by "match up signups on GA" you mean any personal data, you'll find yourself in trouble.
