Guys,
i am creating packing for my product. And i need quality photo of baby using it. It's something specific, so i can't find it on photo stock sites...
I decided to call local baby photographers so they can find the baby for product photo shooting.
Do i have to sign any kind of agreement? Between me(my company) and the parents of the baby? It's like i am hiring their baby for modeling, and i need their approval for the photo to be used on my products.
Any advice how to do this in best way? Never dealt with this before, any advice/info would be very beneficial!
p.s. i am located in US.

Look up: Photographic Model Release Forms
You'll likely find info and forms you can use. Pretty much a standard thing, just to keep people from coming back and trying to get more money out of you later. If somebody won't sign, then move on.
