| Ebay Selling - US vs Other Country Specific Ebay Accounts?

Hi,
I know with Ebay, if I were to open an Ebay US account that I can specify on each listing that I ship to UK, Australia, etc...
However, what would be the difference if instead of opening just a Ebay US account and listing items with ship to UK, Australia; if I were to open an Ebay UK and Ebay Australia account separately and list my items there?
Is it basically the same thing? Are there any pros to actually opening a Ebay UK and Ebay Australia account and listing items directly on there?
