So in the last week and a half, over half my PP payments have fallen under 24 hour review. In the past I got these maybe twice a year. A call to them was unhelpful of course. I got about three different stories... One person said they were doing way more reviews now, and another one said that wasn't true. Has anybody noticed a difference?

I wonder if this is a european thing? My PP is UK and apparently new Euro regulations at the start of the year mean PP have to get withdrawals into customers' accounts in two hours and the suggestion is, this is PP's way of putting a spanner in the works.
Actually, it's been a while since I posted this, and I stopped getting them. At least not a lot. Still once in a while, but about the same rate as always. There was just that one flare up. I don't recall for sure, but I think they were domestic US. I have no problem with it happening once in a while, because some are probably justified. I'd rather they check than not check at all. But I just don't want a BS blanket policy.
