They have it on the Status Link, but have not updated it in 3 days, and have no idea when they will be back up. this is a nightmare for us right now.

Wow that is terrible. My e-commerce web site is the heart of my business. We have a custom developed e-commerce web application that is hosted on our own dedicated server. I have heard good things about Magento. I think the important think is to be able to host the application on your own servers.

We have't had a problem with our Volusion store as of yet but I think that is ridiculous. What are they saying? Any hope?

They are still working on it. We haven't received any time frame as to when the issues will be fixed. Also not only affecting Authorize Net users but other payment gateways as well I would have never dreamed we would have been down this long with a hosted cart.
