A lot of times, it would be there. I came up with two other ways to notify customers when their order ships. Twitter tweet and text message. For example, the customer can check the "Text me when my order ships" and provide their cell phone number. Once we ship out their package, our shipping application will text them. Does anyone else have this issue about not receiving emails?

Could be just dumb luck, but I do like you idea about texting. Thing is, I send the tracking information in the email with a link, something that doesn't work in a text. Still, good idea. tweating it though, IMHO is not. Marshall
