One of our businesses receives orders from various sources - mainly email and a few different shopping carts. Is order management software what I need to bring them all together, plus have them work with Endicia/UPS? Right now, we're printing the order from each source and then typing the shipping information into Dazzle/WorldShip.
I know we can't post links and I can definitely get out there and search myself, but I just need to make sure I'm looking for the right type of software. Thanks so much!

yep, order management software.
StoneEdge.com is a popular one, look at the site's page titles to see what they're positioning as their seo power words, that what you need to search for. same for Ordoro.com. there are other solid ones too.

Planet13, I haven't looked into either of those, but I definitely will.
I know that we can input phone or email PO's manually, but it would be great to find something that could make the process a little easier than having to type in the data manually. Maybe dragging/dropping highlighted text, or right-clicking and choosing a field from the menu? Not sure if that's even possible.
Have any of you had a program built for you? I don't think I'd mind paying extra for something that does exactly what I need without all of the bells and whistles that I don't, and that could be customized as our needs change.
