I can't come up with a recommendation, only a warning. I have seen complaints from other retailers that processors are liable to "move the goal posts" at zero notice so your site which they said was Ok when you opened the account is now found to breach exactly the same ToS.

Of course, I will use another site, the ones that use now paypal have a completely different, more family-friendly products :)
I saw some guys in Belgium that are using a paypal account - but only for paypal to paypal payments. not for credit cards.
Another idea would be to put the payment page on another site. So the sexy products buyers will enter paypal site as they come from a neutral site.
Has anyone tried this?
Is it risky? :)

simple: look at your competitors and other adult webshops, and look and see who they're using.

the bad thing about Ogone - what the competitors are using is that is extremely expensive - I think they have a 500 EURO starting fee and some extra x% of the sale as commision.
That makes paypal look like a bargain.
I kinda' stuck :)

paypal is a bargain, for all its faults it provides an extremely low entry point for taking credit cards online.

I wanted to start some time ago with moneybookers - but they have a crazy thing like you have to keep 10% of your money in their account for 6 months!
That, I think, is way too much.
Unfortunately, Google Checkout is not available in Europe except UK
I think they to a good job for receiving payments. I'm waiting for them to expand.
