I have 6 fields in my Contact Us form. 5 are required, including email address field. However, when a user submits the form I do not see the email address field in the email I receive with their message after they submit the Contact Us form so I have no way of replying to them.
Does anyone know how to get the email address to show up in the email that I receive after a user submits the Contact Us form?
Have you looked at the page that processes the info that the form sends to send this info in an email to you ? It is possible that the email address that the visitor enters is used as the sender address for the email to you. Check the sender of the email you received.
If that's not the case then you will need to add the email info to the processing page.
