This has been making my brain feel like mush. I will try to explain this as best I can.

I am building a site that is going to work on an Affiliate network (Triad Media). The network requires me to have a tracking pixel on the confirmation page of my shopping cart to collect the order total, affiliates id, etc. The site is using paypal buy buttons at the moment until the shopping cart is ready which is a few weeks out, I assume.

When coming back to the confirmation page from paypal, it will loose the data I need to collect. How would I make a confirmation page that is able to display the orders information. If i can display it, it is proof i can track it.

So, rundown.

-Customer places order on site
-Pays with paypal (on paypals site)
-gets redirected back to site on page: confirm.html

I need confirm.html to be able to display final confirmed payed order from paypal.com.

If anyone can help me out with this, i would be very very very happy.

Well, if anyone was curious... the only way to do this is to use the PayPal API Cert, which is only available to premier and business customers (paid), and using a hosted shopping cart. Using PayPal buy buttons does not let you track anything that is happening on PayPal's side. It is kindof a duh, but it was something a client was bustin my butt to achieve.
