We have been selling collectables on our own website using Paypal for years. Recently we have employed someone just to reply emails but she always seems to miss out some.. (We have to handle large volume of emails like shipping, questions on products etc..) Also, certain emails need to be directed to the sales team. We end up not reply quite a bit of emails on time.
Is there any CRM software that is able to track the emails sent or received so that we can check all previous correspondence with a customer. This will enable us to improve our workflow.
