If there is a song, songs or album that I like, are there any systems that allow me to earn money for promoting folks to a pay-for-download platform for the music?

Amazon affiliates might be of interest. There is also the iTunes affiliate program. Basically you earn commission for leads that result in sales. Mack.

There are a number of download services that have affiliate marketing arrangements. I have found affiliate links for downloads generate fewer sales than those for CDs. I would go for a merchant such as Amazon that offers a choice of both CD and download rather than a specialist download site.
