is there any credit card processing company,where to choose? paypal is not always workable,
and Authorize.net not accept International merchant, can any one recommend international credit card processing website that is of good reputation. Thanks

Elavon is an international merchant company...
as is Globalpayments... Also, take a look at Netbanx or Chronopay or 2CheckOut
