What type of error are you getting? I just logged in and my information is showing with no problems. I haven't tried processing any orders in the last 2 days though..
I did notice they are in the middle of making changes to the label information page, so that may have something to do with it.

Are you paying online or offline? You may want to switch to the other to see if that fixes the problem if USPS is making updates.
We run at least 30 packages a day through "click n ship" and use our own meter/pay offline - have not had any problems.

Try to download shipping assistant. It has the same advantages as click and ship but also first class mail and media mail. It is slow as hell but works well

I'm having an error when I try and process my CC. They recognize the problem when I call them. I was just wondering if anyone knew what it was.

they fixed it yesterday - it was due to " routine maintenance" thanks for the response everyone.

We do a ton of USPS Click-N-Ship business, and have for years. Don't know if they have EVER once done an upgrade (even a minor one) that didn't results in problems of varying severity and duration. I swear, I don't think those people test anything before going live. That said, Click-N-Ship is slick and quick. IMO, Shipping Assistant is pathetically slow and next to worthless, even on a high end machine.
Have been testing shipping with Endicia lately. You can pay, print, and ship faster than you can seal the box. Not sure that I would choose to integrate it into my personal business, but it is very fast and efficient. One of a number of services often used by shipping/handling scammers, but it is good, and fast. Priority Mail, First Class, Parcel Post - it does most everything. Still ship our internationals out of USPS directly though.
