Hi, I sell ebooks on Internet, the way of communication that I have with my clients is through email, but it is too dificult to be keeping the track of each one of them, so my question is if there are another way of keeping track of customers? Is this the point where I have to use CRM software.
Is there any simple CRM software to start using?
THE IDEA is simple, what I want is that myself and the customer get in the website and use his/her email to see its track, that includes all the messages that we have sent each other, and also to give or receive feedback, as if it were email.
Doing the business in this way I would save a lot of time, and I would have better results and better statistics too.
