We have run our store for a few months now and everything is going well except for phone customer support.
Our biggest problem is that we still keep our full time day jobs and can’t answer the phone if customer calls. We have a voice mail and call back in the evening if customer requests but I just don’t like this solution and want to consider phone support outsourcing. If anyone here is using outsourced phone support can you please share with me what company are you using and what are their rates?
I found several companies but they don’t have clear information posted about all rates, requirements, etc.
Only one Incontact24-7 seems to show their rates and fees. Is it reasonable to pay $49.99setup fee + 9.99 per month + 0.6 per min for answering support? We have really low volume of calls now, but I don’t want to miss them anyway.
