You could try opencart. It has a url aliasing function so you can turn your urls into anything you want.

ecommerce templates can be easily plugged into any existing design. You need a generic version - that is one that has no existing template included.

It uses a basic PHP templat class. Its very effective and you can use pPHP code in it if you need to.

X-cart with the DSEFU mod (can I say that here?). Its the only cart I can recommend as it is the only one I have recent experience with. I did try the other popular SE friendly url mod for X-cart but it required some functionality not offered by my web host so I switched it for DSEFU.
