First of all, PFFFF...

Now to the topic:
According to Polish website Telepolis, Apple is suing the online Polish grocery store a.pl. Apple says that the name a.pl can create confusion and take away from the search results to apple.com.

In Polish we omit the "dot" when we say the domain name so it sounds like "apl" when you say this grocery store name loud.

I wonder why don't they sue all these newspapers, tech sites and blogs that write about Apple and Apple products. After all, these publishers benefit from writing about them. They get traffic, put ads on the sites and generate money that is not given to Apple :)
