With Moniker recently being sold to someone else (again) I am having problems with the AUTH codes in transferring domain names to someone else even if they sell. This is a complete mess because ever since they sold the first time you could not get a real person on the phone to do anything. I guess now my only option is to move my domain portfolio to GoDaddy or somewhere else. I have tried and tried to have the buyer use the auth code and it still does not work.. I am not sure what to do.

Oh, wait, 3 minutes later I'm connecting . . maybe . . slowly . . Nah. 30 minutes later same issue persists. 40 minutes. Is this any way to run a domain name registrar service? Argh.
My faithful and helpful account rep, HK, assures me this is just a hiccup and that the acquiring company is actually doing a good job of sticking to announced plans for improvements, including some authorized hires for customer service.
