Hi

ZoneEdit support is not responding to my question and therefore I cannot login to their system to make the necessary changes.

The ip-address of our web and mailserver has been changed by our ISP and I need to make urgent changes to the ip address the domain points to.

Since I get no reply from ZoneEdit could I sign up to another DNS provider and and use there nameservers to have everything resolve correctly? the old IP address is no longer active.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Gerrit

Sure as long as you can change the nameservers on the domain to the new one. Sounds like you need a new one anyway. I recommend dnsmadeeasy

I think ZoneEdit are involved in a massive account migration. Might be worth trying to login into

[legacy.zoneedit.com...] rather than www.zoneedit.com
