So heres my story. I have been trying to contact the webmaster of a small pr2 website that is not anything special but I wanted to buy it from him. No response.
I googled his phone number and I found out after little researching that hes dead, he was killed during a standoff with police after killing some people and then holding a woman hostage.
My question is this. If I register it after the registrars delete it, restore all its original content, will its rankings remain?
And is there any chance I could acquire this domain right now? I dont think he has any use for it.
