The explanation of why expert advice isn't forthcoming can be found here - Why Trademark Threads Are Problematic [webmasterworld.com] - and in the Domain Forum Charter.

You can raise a UDRP complaint but unless you can show bad faith, or make a case that visitors are confused (and believe they are dealing with you) then it is quite possible you will loose. Kaled.

bad faith i can not prove as the domain is not using my exact name or brand, but can i collect fake visitors who can say that we have deal with this example4example.com site and then we cancelled bcoz we found that this is not the exampleexample.com.. example4example.com is growing slowely slowely and i doubt that it can be a competitor in near time 4 to 5 year down the time. Is there any standing for this.....?

Ya, due to a lack of specific information, which should never be publicly posted, and a concurrent lack of real legal expertise, these threads always fizzle. Frustrating for us all.
