|How to go about appriasing a geo-targeted domain name?|
Factors to consider and how each might increase or diminish value

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience with appraising domain names of a city?
-- It is a unique city name (only one in the United States), 6 letters, and is "pure", i.e. - <cityname>.com
-- The city average income is about national average.
-- The city population is about 135,000. It is fairly developed city with a full downtown with skyscrapers, and many surrounding suburb communities. The total Metro area is around 375,000 people.
Any ideas on the value of such a domain? Thanks!

Actually there is no answer. Its value is what is eager to pay for. There is no rule. You can take a try and put it into auction.
