Is it cash or stock? The press release doesn't say.

IdearcMedia is buying everything these days. They even bought the bid management software our company uses.

There are and will remain different models and versions of search, more specifically "the search that pays": commercial, business, B2B, B2C.

Celebrity search? "Free XYZ" or games search? Idol search? I'm sure the B2B and B2C "directory" players don't suffer for wont of that attention. They may yet reclaim the search space as they finally do, in 2007+, what they should have been doing in 1999/2000.

Better late than never. :)

I believe another analyst out there mentioned that it was to be paid with a mixture of money and debt.
