I called on this issue. Was transfered a ton and spoke to a total of four people. I can tell you all four couldn't give a ---- (insert favorite expletive here). The bottom line was, they don't feel they owe us anything. I bought 40 listings just over a month they cancelled it and they won't even try and work with me, nor are they interested in actually keeping the listings live. Just another famous Microsoft move to chalk up to all the rest. [edited by: Webwork at 4:48 pm (utc) on Aug. 17, 2007] [edit reason] Please - No "calls to action" such as filing litigation [/edit]

Microsoft stated ------------- Listings appear in the bCentral Small Business Directory which is located at [sbd.bcentral.com....] From May 18th 2007 through the end of 2008 you will be able to access the directory through this URL. ------------- For me it's unbelievable that Microsoft doesn't honor what they promised!

I was also surprised that Microsoft did not honor what they stated in the email about keeping the directory online for a year. On 7/24/2007 I have a credit on my credit card from MICROSOFT *BCENTR 800 386 5550 WA I called the 800 number and they did read the details to me and it was a pro-rated refund for my Submit It bcentral directory submissions. I was speaking to someone in billing and asked them for an explanation of why the listings weren't left online until 2008 as promised. I didn't really expect a billing person to be able to answer that question and they could not.

I find that an organization that can't offer good customer service, is also totally incapable of fighting a chargeback. They failed to provide or meet the terms of your service agreement. Its time to phone your credit card company, and tell them that they did not meet the terms of service, and ask for the charge to be reversed.

lgn1 if you were replying to me, I received a credit not a charge. In other words, Microsoft did refund my money without me asking for it (pro-rated). It seems like cabowabo and others should also have received a pro-rated credit.
