New Microsoft Directory

 7:29 pm on Apr 2, 2007 (gmt 0)

I received an e-mail from Microsoft this afternoon stating that they will discontinue their Submit It! service on May 18th. The bCentral SBD will temporarily become a read-only directory, and will be replaced with the new Microsoft SBD around June 30th, 2007.

I see some nice deep links from this directory, I wonder if these will be discontinued?

Hope this is not against TOS - otherwise Webwork (or any other mod) please feel free to zap me :)

Thanks for that link. It seems old sites will be grandfathered in....bonus!

What's the exact condition for being grandfathered?

Microsoft should be embarrassed by the old offering. The online tools have not worked in nearly a year. I would think the only reason you're being grandfathered (until 2008 by the way) is because the old offering was in such bad shape.

I'm thinking the product manager was fired - if not, they should be.
