I don't think country would matter but I am in the US and was able to make several submissions today. Let's see how long it takes before they are accepted.

Because my submission, is based on a Regional relevance of my site. I mean, i submitted my site to a category into wich my site is listed, a brazilian one. So i was not able to see, if for any other listing, it would be working ;)

Having adsense ads will disqualify the website being listed? Assuming everything else is alright. Or atleast the majority of the editors will disqualify the site for having adsense? One unit per page. Any help is appritiated.

Ah, you mean regarding the category. :-) Yes, external submissions have been enabled in all categories.
