New Database Question

2 Questions....

I am looking to create a database that will allow someone to enter some basic information online in order to have a news feed on their website... assuming I will use a php include function for such a task.

I am completely DB illiterate and looked around online for some tutorials to accomplish this. Most of the ones I see tell me to first utilize the create table command in order to start the creation of such a project. My question is.... where is this command entered in at? I looked in the cpanel for the domain and really did not see anywhere int he mysql section. Would I have to create the username first?

Also if anyone knows of a basic tutorial online in order to create a basic task like this please send me a link

Thanks in advance

Create database in CPanel:

From then on you can use PHP to build your table. There are other ways but I suggest doing it this way for now as it's a good way to learn how PHP works with your database. You'll want to be a pro at this.

Create Table: [tizag.com...]
Insert into Table: [tizag.com...]
