Any experience upgrading SQL 2005 32 bit to 64 bit?

Does anybody have any experience of upgrading SQL Server 2005 32 bit to SQL Server 2005 64 bit?

Are there any issues with table structures, stored procedures, user-defined functions etc that need to be looked into?

Any other important gotchas to be aware of before we start?
