Hi can anyone point me in the right direction to find a mysql 4.0.x install version that will work on windows server 2003. I tried downloading one but it doesn't seem to have the files that dev.mysql.com talks about in their install instructions...

Support has ended for that release, only paying customers might be able to get that version according to the MySQL archives page [downloads.mysql.com]. Why not download the latest version instead?
