Hi, I'd like to help but your question is very hard to understand.

Please explain what you want to achieve in more detail.

the webpage i am developing contains thumbnails of photo's. What i want is that when i put a mouse pointer over a thumbnail, a bigger photo of that thumbnail should appear somewhere on the same page, like a popup menu if i am clear enough

Hi Phex, this is something that you will need to use javascript to achieve.

If you search Google for "jquery hover image enlarge" (without the quotes) you should find some scripts to get you started.

VisualLightBox is a free wizard program that helps you easily generate online photo albums, lightbox gallery with a nice Lightbox-style overlay effect, in a few clicks without writing a single line of code: [lightbox2.com...]

Those are similar to the ones normally used for the mouseover or thumbnail click to show larger images. Some will provide the semi-darken background with the image in the center.
