FireFox - a:focus state moves entire table div up ~8px

I have tried everything and I'm having no luck finding answers. I just can't come up with a good way to phrase my problem when searching google.

So, the problem is that I have a table, and when I click on a link inside of a tr and a td, the entire table moves up about 8px - 10px.

Has anyone else ever had a problem like that before?
